Crime Stoppers of Nevada, Inc. is a citizen, media, and law enforcement co-operative program created to involve the public in the fight against crime.
We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. We provide citizens with a vehicle to anonymously supply Law Enforcement with information about a Felony Crime or Wanted Person.
Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to eligible tipsters for information that leads to a Felony Arrest, Felony Arrest Warrant or Felony Indictment. Tipsters do not need to wait for a conviction to be eligible for a reward.

Crime Stoppers originated in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1976 when a concerned and frustrated detective decided to do something new about the unsolved cases he was working. He brought together Members of the community, media and law enforcement to form a new crime-solving partnership. Today there are Crime Stoppers organizations all over the world.
Crime Stoppers of Nevada, Inc. was established in 1979 under the name of "Secret Witness" with only $500. Since then, Crime Stoppers of Nevada has become one of Southern Nevada's most successful non-profit crime fighting organizations.
